Fear & Doubt will steal a dream every time. 

Shut the voices of criticism off...do not allow them to be verbal assault weapons. 

Start with your own voice first - shut off the inner discussion that parrots the past failures, and conjurs up false fear of future what-ifs...remember there is no fear in what God has called you to do - what door He opens can't be shut by anyone except you lacking faith... so be fearless! 

Next do not allow verbal bullies to derail you from the track God has placed you on. Be teachable, be accountable...be humble and take correction...Fear God, not man. When God corrects through a mentors voice it convicts...it never condemns...
