Sometimes people just need an encouraging word.
If you are like me, you walk alongside some incredibly talented people who are great leaders in their field. The ones I am most drawn to are the ones who will speak honestly with me and sense withngreat care and discernment, when I need direction, correction or encouragement. They also expect me to do the same with them. It's real.its authentic and it is essential.
It's a fine line.
It takes discernment and balance.
It takes listening more than speaking.
The ultimate goal is encouragement, even in times of correction.
It takes finesse to deliver a word of correction in a way that doesn't condemn.
Sincerity must be mixed in.
Humility must lead.
Love must be the end result.
Speaking life is not a game;, it's literally breathing life into dead places, bringing enlightenment to see the shadows and instilling courage where fear once reigned.
Speaking life is a lifeline when someone is at the edge of a cliff. Speaking life is a privilege.
If someone allows you to speak life to them; you are a trusted, loyal advisor...walk in humility and love.
Speak Life & Live.
